our vision
We want to plant Bible believing churches in Lithuania, which will mature to become autonomous, self-supporting, and self-reproducing.
How do we plan to realize this vision?
After three years of language study, during which we also gained insight
into the cultural peculiarities of Lithuanians, we moved to Alytus, the sixth
largest city in Lithuania with 70,000 people in the area.
We would like to connect with these people through personal contact as well
as through various organized events. We are aware that this
process will take years and require much work, patience and love for the
Lithuanians. (More about this in our prayer letters.) We would like to see
these people make a decision for Christ and then equip them
so that they can then win others to Christ. This should transpire in the
framework of a newly-planted church.
We are looking for teams!
With this thought in mind, we are looking for Lithuanian workers who can help
us in Alytus. Since we have only scratched the surface in learning about the
culture, we must rely on their help.
Furthermore, there are prayer groups who support our work with their
